29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iv)(B): The employer did not ensure that employees who had contact with contaminated laundry wore protective gloves and other appropriate personal protective equipment: a) The Rodeway Inn, 1710 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, Florida, observed on or about 04/20/2021, , employees including, but not limited to housekeeping staff exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials, were required to remove contaminated sharps, clean blood from the hotel rooms and contaminated laundry. Employees were not required to wear protective gloves.
