1904.35(b)(1)(ii): The Employer did not adequately or clearly inform employees about the procedures for reporting work-related injuries and illnesses: a.) Wabtec U.S. Rail, Inc., on or about November 2nd, 2020, the Employer did not clearly inform managers about how to implement procedures related to late reporting of certain types of injuries: 1. On or about November 2nd, 2020, the employer enforced a strict 24-hour reporting policy against an employee who reported a work-related injury more than 24 hours after the injury occurred, suspending the employee without pay and putting a disciplinary letter in employee�s personnel file. 2.
