29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(i): Locks, tags, chains, wedges, key blocks, adapter pins, self-locking fasteners, or other hardware were not provided by the employer for isolating, securing or blocking of machines or equipment from energy sources: The employer is failing to protect employees from potential hazardous energy. This was most recently documented on or about April 2, 2021 at a workplace located at 8121 US Hwy 69, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to hazardous energies associated while servicing Capacity Trailer Spotting Tractor #22, were not provided with blocking devices that would help isolate the potential energies from the vehicle moving in any direction while servicing the vehicle.
