29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about March 29, 2021, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing logging sawmill operations at M&T Hardwoods, LTD. Employees were operating a Volvo 2200 model 7DZXL06-1063 Fork Truck to move and stack tree trunks in storage areas in the main yard and the employer did not ensure that the operators were trained to look in the direction of travel during operation.
