29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include at least the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area: At the Workplace, Montgomery Gate, 361 Montgomery St., Jersey City, NJ a) The employer failed to train employees performing property repair and maintenance duties on the physical and health hazards of the chemicals they work with, including but not limited to Liquid Plunger Drain Pipe Cleaner that contains approximately 50% Sodium Hydroxide, (pH 13.0), Banner Chemical Rinse Free Floor Stripper (pH 12.0) and Benzomatic Propane brazing gas that contains pressurized flammable gas. Violation occurred on or about May 20, 2021
