29 CFR 1910.1026(k)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not make medical surveillance available for all employees who were or could be occupationally exposed to chromium (VI) at or above the action level for 30 or more days a year: Building 2: On or about May 3, 2021, employees engaged in operations that require frequent exposures to hexavalent chromium in building 2 were not provided with medical surveillance to determine potential adverse health effects. An exposure assessment performed on May 03, 2021, showed that employees working in the Paint Shop Room, Etch Line Room, and Sanding Room in Building 2 were exposed to an 8-hr concentration of 16�g/m3, which exceeded OSHA's 5�g/m3 PEL, requiring the need for medical surveillance.
