29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(I): The employer did not adequately train forklift operators on forklift stability: a. At the US Lumber Group, LLC. outside yard, at 4627 JP Hall Blvd, on or about March 9, 2021, and at times prior, the employer did not adequately train employees to avoid lift configurations, lift weights, and operating surfaces that exceeded forklift stability, exposing employees to rollover hazards.
