29 CFR 1910.266(f)(1)(ii): Damaged or defected machines were not repaired or the unserviceable machine was not replaced before work commenced: a) The employer is failing to ensure that employees operate machinery in serviceable condition. This was most recently documented on or about January 11, 2021, when employees worked at 964 Highway AA in Alton, MO. Employees operated a Ford New Holland (Model: L-783 / Serial No. 778577) skid steer that presented mechanical and structural deficiencies to include leaking hydraulic fluid and missing cab guards. Employees operated the equipment in this condition on a daily basis for approximately four hours per day.
