29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: A) IAC Wauseon, LLC, 555 Linfoot, Wauseon, Ohio 43567, On March 3, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees operating forklifts looked in the direction of travel. Employees walking working in the area of this condition were exposed to struck-by hazards.
