29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6):Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: On or about March 3, 2021, at 1533 South Broad Street, Monroe Georgia 30655 (Plant 4)- Employees were exposed to fire hazard and/or entrapment hazard. Employees working in and around the shop area were exposed to hazard due to the designated emergency exit sign above the door was not illuminated by a reliable light source for employees awareness; alerting employees of the locations of the designated egress, in the event of an emergency where employees has to evacuate. a.
