29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (a) Transdev Services, Inc., at 7500 E 41st Avenue, Denver, CO: On and preceding 2/17/2021, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator before the employee was required to use the respirator in the workplace. Employees were required to wear 3M model 07182 half mask air purifying respirators with P100 filters when welding, spray painting, or grinding. Employees were not provided a medical evaluation prior to use. This condition exposed employees to a respiratory hazard.
