29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a.) Line 3 Rademacher - On or about January 3, 2021, and dates prior to, authorized employees were required to perform service and maintenance on the Line 3 Rademacher machine. The employer failed to certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were performed at least annually as required by the standard. b.)
