29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(vi)(C): Cutting or welding was permitted in the presence of explosive atmospheres (mixture of flammable gases, vapors, liquids, or dusts with air), or explosive atmospheres that could develop inside uncleaned or improperly prepared tanks or equipment which had previously contained such materials, or that could develop in areas with an accumulation of gasoline fumes: At the Osceola County Bid Location-CT20-05438 on Atlanta Ave, St. Cloud, FL: On or about February 4, 2021, employees were using a TS 420 Stihl Cut Off Saw with a 14-inch diamond blade to cut out used/uncleaned fuel tanks from an abandoned boat, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.
