29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(ii): An employee operating an aerial lift was not properly trained: (a) USS Preble Destroyer: On the starboard side of the vessel, an employee operated an aerial work platform without receiving training from the employer. The employer directed and permitted the un-trained employee to operate an aerial work platform to conduct spray painting activities. This exposed employees in and around the unit to hazards such as falls, struck by, and caught in between.
