29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator or annually refitted: a) ICU, Atlantic Health System dba Chilton Medical Center, 97 West Parkway, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444. The employer did not provide an annual fit test to all employees required to wear N-95 respirators. The employer provided and required employees including, but not limited to ICU Registered Nurses to wear N95 respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 patients. Violation occurred on or about 2/18/2021 and thereafter.
