29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a.) Building Integrated Services, LLC., Compressor Room substation area located at 2424 West 23rd Street, Erie, PA, on or about December 12th, 2020 and times prior thereto: Employees were not trained on the provisions for the use of the electrical test instrumentation for verifying deenergized electrical components in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(iv)(B). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation. This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.
