29 CFR 1910.37(e):The employer did not assure that fire alarm signaling systems were maintained and tested in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.165(c)(2): On or about December 7, 2020 and at times prior and subsequent thereto in the Treatment Services Area of the Eco Services Houston manufacturing facility, workers were exposed to hazards of fire when the reset panel for the fire suppression system alarm did not functions properly to return the alarm system to normal operating condition after testing and spare parts were not available in sufficient quantity and location for prompt restoration of the system.
