29 CFR 1910.184(d): Damaged or defective sling(s) were not immediately removed from service: RF Assembly: On, or about, November 21, 2020, the daily pre-use inspection of chain alloy slings was not adequate in that the inspection did not include checking the identification tag to ensure that it was legible and ensuring that all chain links and connectors could move freely.
