29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1):Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: At the Bone Processing Department, employees engaged in bone processing activities were exposed to amputation and struck-by hazard in that the employer permitted the use of an alloy steel chain sling with a permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach that was not readable. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
