29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Inglis House located at 2600 Belmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19131: On or about OCTOBER 19, 2020, the employer did not provide a fit test to employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employee use of N95 face filtering respirators to protect against SARS-Co-V-2 virus while providing healthcare for suspected and confirmed COVID-19 positive residents.
