29 CFR 1928.57(d)(2)(ii): Moving saws on lint cleaners which have doors giving access to the saws shall be guarded by fixed barrier guards or their equivalent which prevent direct finger or hand contact with the saws while the saws are in motion: On or about November 11, 2020, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure guarding was in place on a lint cleaning machine exposing an employee to amputation hazards.
