29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: 1) On or about November 4, 2020, and at prior times, employees replacing a guardrail and employees repainting a bridge were exposed to the hazard of being struck by a vehicle while working in the traveled way of traffic. The employer had not posted advanced warning traffic signs at this point of hazard.
