29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded. a) Dollar General Store # - 514 North Antrim Way, Greencastle, PA 17225: On or about October 30, 2020, the employer did not ensure the electrical panel in the stock room remained free and unobstructed at all times. During the time period after receiving a weekly truck of merchandise, the panel became completely blocked for one (1) to four (4) days following the delivery. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1201133, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 19, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 12674 Rt 19 South, Waterford, PA.
