29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: (a) At the Sheet Metal Shop: On or about October 19, 2020, employees were exposed to crushing and amputation hazards when placing their hands at the point of operation to position 18 gauge sheet metal on the Roper Whitney Auto Brake machine, for which special handtools were not provided.
