29 CFR 1910.119(f)(3):The operating procedures were not reviewed as often as necessary to assure that they reflect current operating practice, including changes that result from changes in process chemicals, technology, and equipment, and changes to facilities. (a) On or about October 27, 2020 and at times prior thereto, at the Anheuser-Busch Houston Brewery, the employer exposed workers to ammonia chemical hazards when it did not review the operating procedure for emergency shutdown of equipment often enough to ensure that it was current and accurate for use to .isolate the #3 High Pressure Receiver. (b) On or about October 27, 2020 and at times prior thereto, at the Anheuser-Busch Houston Brewery, the employer exposed workers to ammonia chemical hazards when it did not review the operating procedure for pumpout of receiver vessels often enough to ensure that it was current and accurate for pumpout of the #3 High Pressure Receiver.
