29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface: a) Shavings Line - On or about October 15, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls when working near the area on the North/South conveyor where the midrail was missing on a section of guardrail. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately eight feet.
