29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Abingdon Care & Rehabilitation, 303 Rock Avenue, Green Brook, NJ 08812: On or about 4/27/2020 and thereafter, employees such as Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants were required to wear N95 respirators while providing direct nursing and care to patients suspected or confirmed as having COVID-19. Employer failed to fit test the employees prior to initial use of the respirators.
