29 CFR 1910.177(d)(4)(ii):The employer did not furnish an air line assembly which included an in-line valve with a pressure gauge or a presettable regulator for inflating tires on rim wheels: a) At the facility, in front of and in the maintenance shop, on or about September 8, 2020, the employer did not insure the use of in-line regulators for air lines, used by employees, to inflate rim tires, thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
