29 CFR 1910.178(n)(8): Under all travel conditions the truck shall be operated at a speed that will permit it to be brought to a stop in a safe manner. On or about September 16, 2020, employees of Valley Baker Cooperative Association were observed to be operating Crown PE 4500 Series Pallet Trucks at speeds that would not allow the vehicle to be brought to a stop in a safe manner.
