29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. a) On or about August 24, 2020, the employer provided inadequate training to authorized employees for saw 051, a Metl Cutoff Saw Model CS3-26-T8, as authorized employees were not trained to isolate and control the energy when changing the rollers on the rear/back clamp.
