29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): Employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section during testing or positioning of machines, equipment or components thereof: On August 18, 2020, while performing maintenance work on the Nicholson 27" Ring Debarker, after a lock was removed from the machine energy source, the employer did not ensure that an employee taking part in re-installing the chain, was no longer exposed to a hazardous position in the conveyor as the chain was being jogged.
