29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Swiss Construction, LLC, at a jobsite located at 1437 Hoovler Way Lot 101, Pataskala, Ohio 43062: On and/or preceding August 11, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees were trained on the correct procedures to be followed to minimize fall hazards while engaged in residential construction activities. Employees were installing floor joists for the second story while exposed to fall hazards of 12 feet, 3 inches.
