29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Avenues at 1276 Hanover Street, Manchester, New Hampshire - On or about June 11, 2020, the employer did not ensure that medical evaluations were provided to determine each employee�s ability to use a respirator before requiring use. Employees were required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators when entering and cleaning patient rooms and providing care to patients who were suspected or confirmed positive for COVID-19.
