29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of respirators: a) On or about 3/28/2020 and after, employees such as nurses and certified nursing assistants working at Cranbury Center, located at 292 Applegarth Road in Monroe Township, NJ, were required to wear N95 respirators during direct nursing and personal care of patients suspected or confirmed as having COVID-19. Respirator fit-testing was not performed for employees required to wear a respirator.
