29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: Facility at 501 Cordwainer Drive Norwell, MA On or, about May 8, 2020, employees were required to wear N95 filtering-facepiece respirators while providing care such as, feeding, washing, dressing for residents who had tested positive for Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS CoV-2), and the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees' ability to use a respirator.
