29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting respirator was fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece was used, and at least annually thereafter: a) Green Knoll Care, LLC dba Complete Care at Green Knoll, Rt. 202 North, Bridgewater, NJ: Initial fit testing was not performed for employees such as Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants who were required to wear N95 respirators when providing direct nursing and personal care to patients suspected or confirmed as having COVID-19. Violation occurred on or about 4/16/2020 and after.
