29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used: a) Facility, 210 St. Marys Rd. Cherry Hill, NJ - The employer provided and required the use of respirators at the facility. The employer did not ensure that employees, such as, but not limited to, housekeeping employees, Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Register Nurses, who were provided with and required to wear N95 respirators, were fit tested, on and after 5/2/2020.
