29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (Construction Reference 1926.59) On or about 6/11/2010, at jobsite located at 9500 SW 61st Ct, Pinecrest, FL 33156, the employer did not have available safety data sheets (SDS) for employees exposed to a hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Titan America Stucco and Roof Tile Cement containing Portland cement a corrosive (with a pH of 11.5).
