29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not de-energized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a) J&S Brothers worksite, 1165 Huntingdon Pike - On or about June 16, 2020, employees were performing tree trimming operations near energized and ungrounded 7.2 KV overhead lines without any means of protection from inadvertent contact with the live overhead lines.
