29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee�s ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Friendship Senior Options, NFP located at 350 W. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL 60194. From May 28, 2020, to August 26, 2020, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine each employee�s ability to use a respirator before requiring the use. The employer required employees to wear respirators while exposed to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
