29 CFR 1910.140(d)(3): The employer had not prohibited the use of body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system. On or about April 28, 2020, and times prior thereto, the employer provided and allowed the use of body belts where employees were engaged in tree trimming activities and exposed to fall hazards.
