29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Mike Krueger (d.b.a. Altogether Roofing) at the address of 4840 Waterville Monclova Road in Monclova, Ohio; The employer does not ensure that employees are adequately trained in the appropriate use of fall protection such as, but not limited to, the use of personal fall arrest systems, or alternative measures of fall protection while conducting construction activities. Employees are exposed to fall hazards associated with falls up to approximately twenty feet to the ground below. This violation was most recently observed on or about June 5, 2020 at the address of 4840 Waterville Monclova Road in Monclova, Ohio. To abate this citation, the employer must provide evidence that fall protection training has been provided to its employees. Mike Krueger, d.b.a.
