29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5))(a)): On or about May 20, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in operating and servicing farming equipment were exposed to hazardous chemicals and materials. The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets on those chemicals and materials were available for affected employees.
