29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: Location: In the Facility On or about April 4th, 2020, respiratory protection including, but not limited to N95 Filtering Face Piece Respirators or higher, was required to protect employees while administering any aerosolized creating treatments, conducting NP swabs, or entering the room of a patient showing signs and symptoms of a pandemic influenza virus where respirator fit testing was not conducted.
