29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) At the facility, COVID-19 Patient Isolation Wing - On or about May 2, 2020, and thereafter, nurses and staff employees who were providing treatment and care to COVID-19 infected patients were required by the employer to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators. The employer did not provide employees with a fit test prior to initial use of the N95 respirators.
