29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(iv): The employer did not ensure that each user could demonstrate knowledge of how to inspect, put on, remove, use, and check the seals of the respirator: (a) On or about May 6, 2020, and continuing thereafter, at the Center for Ambulatory Surgery: Employees working as Registered Nurses are required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators while providing direct care to COVID-19 positive patients. The employer did not ensure that each employee can demonstrate knowledge of how to inspect, put on, remove and check the seals of their respirator.
