29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Third Floor Skilled Nursing Unit (Mountain View): Employees, including, but not limited to, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, are required to wear 3M N95 respirators to provide protection from COVID-19. The employer did not provide medical evaluations to determine employees' abilities to use respirators, on or about 4/16/20, and thereafter.
