29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Unit A1, 1 O'Brien Lane, Andover, NJ, 07821 The employer failed to provide medical evaluations for employees including, but not limited to, LPNs and CNAs required to wear N-95 filtering facepiece respirators while providing care for residents including those under investigation and/or confirmed as COVID-19 positive. Violation occurred on or about 4/17/2020 and thereafter.
