29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used: a) Emergency and Radiology Departments, 111 Central Ave., Newark, NJ, on April 1, 2020, the employer did not provide initial fit tests to employees when alternate respirator makes and/or models were provided by a government agency during a critical respirator shortage. Violation occurred on or about 4/1/2020 and thereafter.
