29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(iv): The employer did not ensure that each user could demonstrate knowledge of how to inspect, put on, remove, use, and check the seals of the respirator: (a) ICUs, 3 Pavilion East, 5 Pavilion East: Employees working as Respiratory Therapists are required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators while providing direct care to COVID-19 positive patients. The employer did not ensure that each employee can demonstrate knowledge of how to inspect, put on, remove and check the seals their respirator on and after 4/29/2020.
